INTRODUCTION

I enjoy working with the public and being in an energetic sport focused environment. I would describe myself as a patient and flexible person who thrives on helping people to achieve their goals and as I have two young children I can relate to a parents point of view in terms of the sporting environment that they would want their children to frequent. I value the importance of taking time to understand an individual's strengths and how to improve on any areas of difficulty that they may encounter.
