The role of  'Casual Tennis Instructor' is based at the impressive tennis centre, which opened in 2016 and boasts 16 plexi-cushion courts. With coaching programming growing, the institution requires more Tennis Instructors to deliver this to the community.

Job duties and responsibilities

Candidates must express passion and enthusiasm in order to join the team as Casual Tennis Instructor. The most important role highlights are:

  • Delivering group coaching lessons
  • Management of competitions
  • Instructing private lessons.

Candidate qualifications and skills

Essential skills:

  • Relevant coaching qualification and/or relevant experience
  • Excellent oral communication
  • Current Working With Children Check

Casual Tennis Coach has been identified as child related work, in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Regulation 2013. Therefore, your application must include a Working with Children Check (WWCC) number.

Desirable skills: 

  • Tennis Australia Junior Development Coaching qualification
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Current 1st Aid Certificate
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation/regulations
  • Availability to work flexible working hours
