Tennis Academy is looking for a Head Coach to lead the delivery of our ANZ Tennis Hot Shots programs for 4-12-year-olds, Teen programs, Tennis in schools, Adult & Cardio programs and deliver private/semi-private lessons.
Academy works at over 13 tennis clubs, schools and centres throughout the South Eastern Suburbs.
The successful applicant must be willing to work before school, after school and at least 1 weekend morning. Contract will be for 12 months with an option to extend (3 month probationary period)
Successful applicants must have the following:
Valid Working With Children Check
Proof of Covid-19 vaccination
Valid First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
Valid Tennis Australia Qualified Coach Membership
Tennis Academy is based at Burwood Tennis Club and over 10 other venues around the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
We have approximately 1000 students per week who attend lessons with Toptenn.
The post of Head Coach at Toptenn would involve coaching the following lesson types:
ANZ Hot Shots classes (4-12 yr olds)
Teen classes
Tennis in School programs
Adult/Ladies tennis lessons
Cardio Tennis programs
Private/semi-private lessons
Holiday Clinics
The successful applicant must have completed a minimum of the Tennis Australia Junior Development coaching course.
They must also have valid Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid (including CPR), Covid certificate & Tennis Australia Coach Membership
The successful applicant must be energetic, passionate & a good communicator.
Coaches receive staff discounts off Head Tennis racquets, equipment, accessories & apparel as well as discounted coaching & restringing services.
Coaches also have access to in house as well as Tennis Australia run Professional Development sessions.
