Everyday Tennis

I work in 2 tennis clubs developing and delivering coaching programmes for both juniors and adults of all abilities. My main role in both clubs is to increase participation. I have done this by developing an outreach programme, creating links with schools and local community groups. I also host open days and charity events to increase participation. My other own is to retain members, I do this by continuing to develop the coaching programmes, I hold weekly social events and tournaments, I ensure that there is always something for the members to be a part of as the members progress. I do admin work daily. Send emails, make phone calls, pay coaches, update registers, update website, create lesson plans etc..
