Have over 25 Grand Slam Credentials as a Coach or in support of a Junior or Professional player, as well as hundreds of international major event credentials. Became the first Professional Tour Coach in Denmark to receive the GPTCA Level A, ATP Tour Certified Coach accreditation in 2015. Director - Head Coach

Hired to rebuild the oldest and most historic club in Denmark, now a member of the ITF's Centenary Tennis Clubs established under my watch. Took the club from a membership of around 500 to 1500 in my tenure. Head Coach and Director of Player Development for Tennis Club Odense, Denmarku0027s first and oldest tennis club and former club to Caroline Wozniacki. Managed and directed two (2) facilities, including a 13 red clay court facility and a new, state of the art, 6 court indoor facility. Responsible for all aspects of clubu0027s direction, player coaching and development, along with being Head Coach to some of Denmarku0027s highest ranked and accomplished juniors. Coached (and played) for clubu0027s Elite and Division Teams, building teams from ground zero to both 1st Division and Elite Division status in one yearu0027s time. Served as Tournament Director for G3 and G5 Junior ITFu0027s hosted by the club. Recruited, hired, trained, managed and mentored a team of no less then six (6) international coaches who both taught and played for the club. Signed on for a four years contract with club but exorbitant finances related to the new indoor facility created financial difficulties moving into my third year which caused the club to divert salary ear-marked for me to the survival of the indoor facility.

Contracted Private Tour and Development Coach for Lancelot Carnello, a Top 3 player from Sweden at that time. Based between Stockholm Sweden and Florida USA in support of the development and progress of one of the worldu0027s top 12 and under players in the world at that time. Traveled full-time Tennis Europe, USTA and Swedish National Schedule for two plus years, helping him acquire a Swedish National Title, as well as being selected as a member of Swedish National Team for the Nationu0027s Cup Swedish Team that advanced to the finals of the World Group against Romania at the time. Achieved top 30 ranking in Europe under 12s at the time.

Director and Head Coach of largest, most successful tennis specific academy in Egypt. Responsible for the development and delivery of content of an academy with over 1600 players and no less than 25 coaches. Work exclusively on court with Egyptian National Team players, as well as with the academyu0027s most promising players. Travel with national team boys to ITF junior and professional circuit events. Privately train the number two ranked ITF player from Egypt and the number two ranked player in the 14s in Egypt, as well as five of the top 10 boys in their respective age groups. Hired by Sunitha Rao in December 2002 as her private WTA Tour Coach - Former U.S. National Team and U.S. National Champion, 2008 Beijing Olympics representing India, Fed Cup for India and Top 150 WTA Tour singles and top 100 doubles Hired by Tennis Hall of Fame Legend, Gigi Fernandez as the private WTA Tour Coach for Vilmarie Castellvi from Puerto Rico.n The 2003 NCAA Number 1 ranked player for University of Tennessee and 2003 NCAA Singles Finalist - helped guide Vilmarie to a Top 125 WTA Tour singles ranking until her retirement in 2006. Hired by world number 275, Alla Kudryatseva, from Russia. Member of Russian Fed Cup Championship Team 2007, helped guide her from 275 to top 60 WTA Tour singles and top 50 doubles in 2007. All reached a singles ranking of top 60 in singles and top 50 in doubles while working with me, capturing her first WTA Tour doubles title in Kolkata in 2007. WTA Tour Coach for Japansu0027 Ryoko Fuda for a period in 2005. Helped guide Ryoko to her first career singles AND doubles titles in Mt Gambier Australia in 2005. During this time, trained in the off season for two seasons, with Australiau0027s Matthew Ebden, an ATP Tour world top 50 player presently and Grand Slam Champion in MIxed Doubles at the Australian Open in 2013.

Served as the Director of Coaching and Director of Player Development for Western Australiau0027s leading tennis management company at that time. Directed and managed a team of coaches in no less then 5 facilities around southwest Western Australia. Designed, managed, implemented, conducted and supervised tennis programming from Wilson Pee Wee Tennis through Illuka Squad and State Teams. Worked extensively with Tennis West and Tennis Southwest supported players alongside Milo Bradley, State Coach for Western Australia. Clubs included The Busselton Tennis Club and The Margaret River Tennis Club among many other smaller venues in the southwest region.

Directed a successful junior program which managed over 100 junior players in addition to several sectional champions, along with five (5) USTA national champions / USTA Gold Ball Winners. Merged my private program into our home baseu0027 club, bringing the Eastburn Groupu0027s private group of players who earned 33 USTA National Balls into 2003.

Director - Head Coach

Created a privately funded training group called The Eastburn Group after leaving the WTA Tour in 1993. Personally expanded the group to include more then a half dozen USTA National Team members over the years, as well as the group earning over 33 USTA Gold, Silver and Bronze Balls, as well as over 12 NCAA Division 1 All Americans who came from the group, earning these honors between 2000 and 2003. Players included Marlene Mejia (UNC), Sarah Riske (Vanderbilt), Sean Kelleher (William and Mary), Maren Haus (Wake Forest), Katie Granson (Duke), Amanda Granson (Duke), Allison Riske (presently top 20 on the WTA Tour as of October 2019), Erin Niebling (UNC), Karoline Stanislawski (Penn), Josh Rubens (Penn State), Alex Kuznetsov (Career High 78 ATP Tour), Kate Ovelman (Penn State), Kim Simonsen (Minnesota), John Sabia (Army), Ivy and Eva Wang (Harvard), Maggie Harris (Wake Forest), Kristin White (Ohio State), Vinnie Sieverling (Tennessee), Jessie Granson (Princeton) and a plethora of others.

Director of Player Recruitment

After spending two years under the employ of Harry Hopman / Saddlebrook International Tennis as a staff professional and junior touring coach, Mr Norman Palmer hired me directly to recruit international players for the Palmer Academy Florida. The Palmer Academy was the worldu0027s first tennis boarding HIGH SCHOOL, based at the Saddlebrook Resort, with the players trained by the Harry Hopman / Saddelbrook International Tennis staff. The Palmer Academy is the high school that Jennifer Capriati both attended from age 11 and graduated from before and during her becoming the worldu0027s highest paid teenager in the history of sport and the youngest female to ever achieve a top 8 WTA Tour single ranking. As Director of Player Recruitment, I indirectly u0022recruitedu0022 international junior players through my traveling with the Palmer Academyu0027s ITF juinor players and teams. During my time at Palmer Academy, I recruited Swiss National Champion, Christelle Fauche, the first player on the WTA Tour that I helped guide into the top 100. I was the personal coach of two national champions at that time. Melody Falco from Mexico and Diogo Taveira from Portugal. I worked alongside such legendary coaches as the Gullicksonu0027s, Nick Saviano, Tommy Thompson, Alvaro Bentacur, Scott Brooke, Rick Crockett, Martin Van Daalen and my mentor, Roland Jaeger, father of the first teenage superstar in tennis, Andrea Jaeger.

Hong Kong Tennis Association - Lead National Performance Coach

Recruited to serve as a Lead National Performance Coach for the Hong Kong Tennis Association, based at the National Training Center in Kowloon Tsai Park, Hong Kong. Work exclusively with the NTS (National Training Squad) made up of Hong Kong's very best / highest ranked junior players ages 13-17. Work primarily with the Junior Davis Cup and Junior Fed Cup players, in addition to selected Hong Kong Institute of Sport Players. Work both on the court and within the Strength and Conditioning areas of the NTS and SI players. Travel as a national team coach to select ATA and ITF tournaments world-wide.
