INTRODUCTION

I started coaching voluntarily under the guidance of Rob Briggs at Chesterfield LTC from the age of 16 and assisted him on Talent identification days throughout the east midlands when he was talent coordinator for the region. I did this until the age of 19 then I attended the university of Derby to study Sport Science and after go to do a Masters in the same subject in Amsterdam. On my return from Holland I wanted to put the theory I had learned into practice and coach tennis full time. So I joined Matchpoint Management a tennis coaching programme provider in winter 2017 and am currently coaching at 3 different venues across Derbyshire and Yorkshire
