At David Lloyd I was part of a team that increased junior participation by 50% in the year that I was there, this was due to excellent marketing of the programme and quality on court sessions that made juniors fall in love with the game. I also built my own client base for private lessons with adults, these were weekly slots with some advanced club players opting for a second session.
