* Head of the Junior development (ages 8-10) and performance players ( 10-18)
* Responsible to grow the numbers on the program
* Budget control
* Run my own personal coaching business as a self employed coach
* Organise adult and junior tournaments and referee events
* Select and train a team to compete for Surrey in the County Cup
* Coach and develop the best players in Surrey to represent Surrey
* Manage the team on the day and the parents
* Act as a mentor to new coaches
* Head up the junior and adult coaching managing the coaches
* Organise and communicate with members and non-members the various coaching sessions * Control the financial side of the program
* Run various inter club tournaments as well as the club tournament for the members
* Organise a local grade 4 week long tournament for juniors
* Manage the 6 team captains and help with team selection and coaching in doubles for the teams.
