Lead coach throughout programme leading and managing schools, mini tennis, junior and adult groups and individuals. Club management and sales/promotional work also included.
Managing Player And Programme Performance For U11s. Mentoring lead coaches in the programme. Mentoring and managing players through training and tournaments including training and tournament scheduling. Running training camps tournaments for local players. Assisting with county training for local players. Assisting with regional training for national players.
Responsible for development of a variety of players from mini-tennis to top 500 ITF players including on court delivery, goal setting, long term planning, tournament planning and travel. Then moved into a head u14s role responsible for content creation, delivery and management of all u14 players. Also lead a stringing business and lead mental toughness development alongside Dr. Anthony Ross.
