Juicing and Tennis Performance Fact

Juicing can be a fun and more efficient way to obtain nutrients naturally found in fruits and vegetables.
The best time to drink juices is on an empty stomach or at least an hour before eating a meal. This maximizes the amount of nutrients absorbed into the body. It is also ideal to drink our juices the same day they are pressed.

Process all ingredients in a juicer, stir and serve
