Draft player coach contract

It is quite surprising just how many coaches out there still work with nothing on paper. Working with a contract gives both you and your employer certain rights and obligations. The most common are that you, as a tennis coach, have the a right to be paid for the work you do and that you are reimbursed for certain expenses. Your employer (player/manager/parent) on the other hand has a right to give reasonable instructions to you and for you to work at your job.

But what if your employer does not have a standard contract or agreement? We have setup a standard draft player coach contract for you to get you started. Please remember that this contract should not be considered as legal advice. If any issue affects you, you must instruct a (local) solicitor and take appropriate legal advice.
