Are you passionate about padel and ready to join a fast-growing sports concept in the U.S.? Padel – Detroit, the largest indoor padel facility in the United States, is expanding and looking for a driven and energetic Full-Time Padel Coach to join our team immediately.
About Us:
We are a modern and innovative padel company with a focus on high-quality experiences, professional service, and strong community spirit. Our Detroit location is a premium venue designed for players of all levels, combining top-tier facilities with an exciting and social atmosphere.
Your Role:
Lead private and group coaching sessions for players of various skill levels
Welcome and guide new players into the sport
Be a sales-minded team member and support retail sales in our onsite pro shop
Participate in events, tournaments, and club activities
Represent Padel’s energy, values, and commitment to customer satisfaction
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has experience as a padel coach (certification is a plus)
Is outgoing, social, and enjoys sales and customer interaction
Has a passion for delivering great service and motivating players
Speaks fluent English
Is flexible and able to work evenings and weekends
Is based in or willing to relocate to Detroit
Can start immediately
