Our Club is nestled on the beautiful island of Crete within a luxurious 5-star all-inclusive resort. The club offers guests of Nana Hotels access to 18 modern tennis courts (hard & clay) and 2 padel courts.
As Director of the Club, you will ensure a first-class experience for all guests. Your responsibilities include overseeing the reception and pro shop, managing court and equipment rentals, and organising professional tennis and padel lessons with qualified coaches. In collaboration with the hotel, you will maintain the club’s exceptional appearance and standards. You will lead an existing team and have the opportunity to recruit additional staff as needed.
Team Leadership - Proven experience in leading teams, with the ability to motivate and coordinate staff effectively.
Sports Facility Management - Solid knowledge of managing and operating sports facilities, including budget planning and personnel management.
Sports Expertise - Strong understanding of various sports, especially tennis, padel, and swimming.
Requirements for a Tennis Coach - Tennis Expertise Recognised qualification or license as a tennis coach. Coaching Skills Ability to train players of all ages and skill levels.
Communication Skills - Excellent communication with players and parents to support individual progress. Language skills in English and German are an advantage.

Event Planning: Experience in organising events such as tournaments is desirable.
