Senior Tennis Coach in charge of HP program

We are currently seeking experienced and passionate international tennis professionals to join our growing premier tennis program.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing systematic and personalised tennis teaching plans according to different age groups and skill levels, continuously improving player’s performance and guaranteeing teaching quality.
2. Comprehensively develop player’s tennis technique, physical training and mental performance, regularly assess player’s progress, and provide targeted match planning and guidance.
3. Implement teaching-related performance objectives, provide regular feedback to players on training results and continuously improve player’s learning effectiveness and course satisfaction.
4. Maintain the safety and order of the coaching as well as actively participating in the promotion of the brand and new enrollments in the tennis centre.
5. Demonstrate a great ability to adapt to players and teaching formats and to act accordingly.
6. Establish strong and long-lasting relationships with each player.
7. Organise and support local events and facilities.
Profile
1. High level competitive tennis experience. ATP/WTA or ITF rankings will be a key reference for ability. Good at transforming professional tournament experience into practical teaching contents.
2. Solid tennis technical skills and mature teaching ability, at least 5 years of experience in direct coaching of high level competitive players.
3. Have a successful track record of training ITF ranked junior players or ATP/WTA ranked professional players.
4. Strong commercial understanding and sales skills.
5. Bachelor's degree or above, holding PTR, ITF, USPTA or domestic recognized coaching qualification is preferred.
6. Fluent in English, speaking Chinese is a plus.
