Tennis Academy, a premier training center located in Shanghai, China, is seeking an experienced and motivated High Performance Tennis Coach to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ATP/WTA/ITF competition and a passion for developing players at all levels - from beginners to elite competitors.
Venue and Company description
Tennis Academy in Shanghai has 2 venues with:
- Over 20 tennis courts, including red clay, hard courts, and indoor covered courts
- On-site gym, recovery room, and player lounge
- Access to sports science, fitness, and recovery facilities
Job duties and responsibilities
- Coach academy players across all levels, including high-performance juniors and adults
- Deliver up to 150 hours of coaching/training per month
- Develop individualized training programs and match strategies
- Collaborate with other coaching staff, fitness trainers, and sports psychologists
- Support player progress through regular evaluations and performance tracking
Candidate qualifications and skills
- ATP ranking history
- University degree in any field (required)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international team
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a passion for player development
