As a Certified Tennis Coach, you will be instrumental in elevating the tennis experience at our club and nurturing the skills of players across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver Expert Coaching: Provide comprehensive, high-quality tennis coaching to individuals and groups, focusing on enhancing their techniques, strategies, and overall performance.
2. Develop Customized Training Plans: Create personalized training plans tailored to the specific goals and skill levels of each student, ensuring effective skill development and progress.
3. Organize and Lead Programs: Lead tennis programs, including clinics, workshops, and camps, to facilitate skill development, teamwork, and a positive learning atmosphere.
4. Player Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify players’ strengths, areas for improvement, and development needs, and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
5. Stay Informed and Innovate: Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques, trends, and safety practices in tennis, and apply this knowledge to improve instruction methods.
6. Promote Tennis Programs: Collaborate with the club’s marketing efforts to attract new participants and retain existing members for tennis programs.
7. Uphold Safety Standards: Enforce safety protocols and USTA Safe Play guidelines on the tennis court to maintain a secure environment for all participants.
Qualifications:
