Job Description: As a Tennis Instructor, you will lead group lessons for junior development programs at international schools in HCM and group, private, and semi-private lessons at our clubs. This role is ideal for someone with a deep passion for tennis, experience working with kids and conducting group classes, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire and encourage young players to improve their game.

Responsibilities: Conduct both group and individual tennis coaching sessions. Develop and implement lesson plans appropriate for junior players of all skill levels. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players. Manage equipment and facilities, ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
Requirements: ITF qualified or similar. Proven experience as a tennis instructor. Strong understanding of the rules, strategies, and techniques of tennis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate young players of all skill levels. Pickleball experience would be preferred but not essential.
Compensation: Base salary + percentage split
