Our Academy seeks a dedicated Staff Professional to join our junior-only training team. This role delivers on-court instruction (private lessons and clinics), leads repetition and tactical training sessions, and designs individualized, annualized development plans that incorporate our four training components: Private Training, Repetition Training, Tactical Training, and Off‑Court Training. The Staff Professional will assess players, set measurable goals, track progress, and communicate regularly with families to ensure continuous development.
Key responsibilities:
Facilities
Facility A (3 courts): three-court arena, full gym, game film rooms, observation area.
Facility B (4 courts): four-court arena, full gym, game film rooms; housed in a 25,000 sq ft building with an observation area separating a full turf side (multi-sport programs) and tennis. We are a sports academy with multi sports, not just tennis.
On-Court Duties
● Develop and instruct development and performance programs
● Coordinate and conduct private lessons and group clinics at all levels
● Perform high quality technical lessons and establish a technical foundation
● Supervise peer hits and send match recap email to players and parents
● Player Analysis in live play situation and be able to hold a game film session
● Keep the facility and courts organized and clean
● Help conduct assessments and trial lessons
Off-Court Duties (CRM Duties & Backend Systems)
● Ensure client information is complete and up to date in the full Client List and in MindBody.
● Understand Performance Plans and be able to communicate details to clients (lesson count, schedule, etc.)
● Assist clients with tracking and maintaining account information (logins, payment methods, expiration
dates, etc.)
● Develop proactive Training / Competition Plans for students
● Build relationships with parents
● Attend bi-weekly CRM meetings to track progress of clients lesson packs.
● Attend weekly status meetings.
● Attend meetings on an as-need basis that may pertain to your role at UNLTD.
● Help develop training calendars, curriculum and events.
● Create progress reports
● Be punctual and attend work as scheduled
● Communicate directly and timely to students and staff
Qualifications:
Experience coaching junior athletes and developing age-appropriate training plans.
Strong knowledge of technical, tactical, and physical development principles.
Excellent communication, organization, and player assessment skills.
Commitment to mentorship and the academy’s mission of building better players—and better people.

Salaried position (salary set after 3-month probation based on performance and experience). First 3-months hourly.
