Join the largest tennis academy in Switzerland and become part of a highly motivated and passionate coaching team! Our state-of-the-art facility features 5 indoor hard courts and 5 outdoor clay courts, offering year-round training opportunities. We work with competitive juniors, children, recreational players, and adults across all skill levels.
The role includes conducting both group and private lessons, physical conditioning sessions, and tournament coaching. You will be coaching from Monday to Friday and on Sundays, with an average workload of around 35 hours per week.
This position offers a dynamic and supportive environment where professional development and team spirit are a priority. The start date is from June or upon mutual agreement.
Our academy is the largest in Switzerland, offering world-class facilities to support player development at every level. The venue features 5 indoor hard courts, resurfaced annually and built to the same standard as the Centre Court at the Swiss Indoors tournament, as well as 5 outdoor clay courts.
In addition to the courts, the academy includes a fully equipped gym with areas dedicated to cardio, strength, speed, and jump training. A players’ lounge provides a comfortable space for relaxation and community between sessions.
With over 350 active juniors and a dedicated team of 15 professional coaches, our academy is a vibrant and high-performing environment focused on excellence, progress, and long-term development.
Conduct tennis training sessions for both recreational and competitive players across all age groups
Lead physical conditioning sessions tailored to player level and goals
Provide both private and group lessons, maintaining a high standard of individual attention and development
Support and coach players during tournaments, offering on-site guidance and feedback
Participate in training camps during school holidays
Collaborate closely with fellow coaches to ensure a consistent and professional training environment
Proven experience working with competitive players and junior athletes
Coaching certification, ideally with a specialization in performance tennis ( , competitive coach certification)
Background or certification in physical conditioning / fitness training
Strong coaching experience in both group and individual settings
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about player development at all levels
As a coach at our academy, you’ll work in a dynamic and supportive team with a strong sense of unity and collaboration. You’ll have the opportunity to train and inspire highly motivated children and juniors, from grassroots to elite levels. Regular coach meetings are held to encourage ongoing professional development and exchange within the team. Your work will directly contribute to both youth development and high-performance programs, including support of national squad players.
