Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced, emotionally intelligent, and performance-driven elite tennis coach to take full responsibility for the development and international career of a junior player (born 2009). The mid-term objective of this project is a successful transition from the international junior circuit into the Top 300 on the WTA Tour. Long-term goal is Top 100 WTA.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional technical and tactical tennis expertise, combined with a modern, high-performance coaching philosophy rooted in mutual respect, clear boundaries, and professional sports psychology.
Venue and Company description
Candidate preferably lives in South of Sweden or Denmark, Copenhagen Area where player is located. Player plays in local club where we can arrange sparring. It will also be possible for player to travel to the candidates location in periods of time. Travelling is estimated to 25-30 tournaments per year globally.
Job duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Daily High-Performance Training: Plan, execute, and oversee all daily on-court training sessions, focusing on technical refinement, tactical intelligence, and physical/mental game optimization.
- Tournament Coaching & Travel: Accompany the player to international tournaments (ITF/WTA transition circuit). Provide comprehensive pre-match preparation, in-match coaching, and professional post-match analysis.
- Strategic Periodization: Preferably act as conditioning coach on a daily basis or at least in collaboration with the player’s conditioning coach, design and implement long-term training schedules, recovery phases, and tournament periodization and act as physical coach during travels.
- Professional Communication: Maintain a structured, objective, and transparent dialogue with the player’s parents and management team regarding progress, short- and long-term plans.

Professional Requirements & Qualifications
- Elite Coaching Experience: Proven track record of developing international female junior players or coaching on the WTA/ATP Tour. Detailed knowledge of the transition into professional tennis is required.
- Home-based Sparring and Facility Provision: For non- Danish/Swedish based coaches, candidate should have access to elite facilities, and professional sparring partners at own established homebase and able to work in Denmark in periods of time (12 weeks per year).
