We are looking for a skilled and motivated Padel Coach to join a new premium sports complex in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching players of all levels, promoting padel within the community, and helping establish a professional and enjoyable environment for members.

Our Premium Padel Complex in Muscat, Oman is a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility designed to become the country’s leading destination for padel. Featuring top-quality courts, modern amenities, and a vibrant international atmosphere, the club combines European coaching standards with Middle Eastern hospitality.
We’re building a passionate team to grow the sport and deliver a first-class experience for players of all levels.
⚙️ Job Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct private, semi-private, and group lessons for all player levels.
Create tailored training programs that meet players’ individual goals.
Support the development of the academy and contribute to growing the club’s player base.
Assist in organizing tournaments, social events, and promotional activities.
Provide regular feedback and player progress assessments.
Ensure a high standard of professionalism and client satisfaction at all times.
Maintain and care for all padel equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with management to continuously improve the coaching program.
🎓 Candidate Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Requirements:
Certified padel coach or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 2–3 years of coaching experience (academy or club level).
Strong technical and tactical knowledge of padel.
Good command of English (Spanish or Portuguese a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, organized, and adaptable to new environments.
Positive attitude and passion for teaching and player development.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working abroad or in multicultural environments.
Ability to manage group and private sessions effectively.
Basic event or academy management experience.
Familiarity with social media or promotion of sports activities.
