Job Summary

You are a motivated coach who loves being on court, enjoys working with players, and is passionate about helping others improve. You take pride in delivering engaging sessions, creating a positive environment, and continuing to develop your own coaching skills.

• Tennis Australia Coach Membership
• First Aid Certification

Location: Our company operates across Australia. Successful applicants will be placed at a location that best aligns with their experience, availability, and current venue requirements.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and experienced tennis coaches who are committed to delivering exceptional coaching experiences and developing players of all ages and abilities.

Job duties and responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering high-quality private, group, and pathway coaching programs
• Coaching players of all ages and skill levels
• Creating engaging and positive learning environments
• Supporting player development and progression
• Building strong relationships with players, parents, and the wider tennis community
• Assisting with programs, competitions, events, and holiday activities
• Working collaboratively with the Voyager Tennis coaching team

Candidate qualifications and skills

What we're looking for:

• Club Professional (Level 2) Coach accreditation
• Minimum of 3 years’ full-time coaching experience (38+ hours per week)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, organised, and professional approach
• Passion for player development and delivering great coaching experiences
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive coaching team
• Experience delivering group programs or workshops is highly regarded

Benefits

Salary: Up to AUD 70,000/per year
