The coach primarily serves as the head coach for the professional team’s second squad and the high-performance (dual-excellence) group. Their main responsibilities include improving players’ tennis competitive level through training, assigning training tasks, and managing the coaches originally in charge of these two teams.
The professional team consists of 10 players, with the highest-ranked player holding an ITF ranking of 850. These players are primarily being developed toward a professional athletic career. The high-performance (dual-excellence) group has over 20 players, whose focus is on improving their tennis skills to earn certifications

The monthly working hours do not exceed 150 hours, with one and a half days off per week. The training schedule is updated weekly and remains flexible based on specific circumstances, as training times may need adjustment when players are away for competitions.
With the assistance of foreign coaches, we aim to enhance the players’ skills and elevate the competitive level of both teams.
Does not accompany players to away matches.
We are looking for Head Coach with Experience and High level of Playing. Former Tennis player with ATP/ITF clear playing record. Coaching Certifications.
