The Mouratoglou coaching methodology emphasizes a hyper-personalized approach to teaching so that everyone can benefit and improve as quickly as possible. As a Mouratoglou coach, you will aim to maximize all aspects of athlete development, including physical, mental, tactical, and personal growth.

The Mouratoglou methodology is based on the idea that every athlete is unique and has his
own project. We adapt to each player, to do what’s best for them. To succeed as a coach or at anything in life, you must understand others and their needs, and then find a way to respond to those needs.

• To coach on and off court, always, in alignment with Mouratoglou Methodology and Philosophy
  • Coach according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou
  • Codify/ define and continuously maintain the training methodology.
  • Thrive in a result-oriented culture.
•  Teach all Mouratoglou on court programs.
  • Develop clients’ tennis abilities. The candidate must be highly adaptive to their clients and situations with strong ability to feel / analyze and act accordingly.
  • The candidate must also provide tailor-made private and group coaching and timely, robust feedback.
  • Work effectively, inspiring and motivating their clients.
• Organize and support local activation events and activities.
  • Build effective relationships at all levels to influence and support others.
• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou Organization and transmit its values.

Technical skills:

• Tennis Coaching Certificate
• Proven tennis coaching track record, at different levels
• Current competitive tennis level
• Computer skills
• Fluency in English is a must, any additional language is a plus.
• Ideally a strong track record and sporting results (National Ranking, ITF, ATP)

Soft skills:

• Passionate and eager to learn.
