The tennis centre is looking for a passionate level 3 Tennis Coach to join the coaching team. This position will start as a part time role but can evolve into a full time role and will be on a self employed basis.
The centre is a recognised LTA local player development centre with a number of county level and above players aged 6-10 accessing the programme. There will be the opportunity to be involved in this programme. Hours of work will include daytime and evenings as well as weekends.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver good quality group sessions from tots tennis through mini and junior tennis to adults of all levels. They will also be required to get involved in local school sessions.
A guaranteed number of hours are available within the programme with the opportunity to add individual lessons.
We have 4 indoor acrylic courts and a growing coaching and competition programme. The centre provides pay and play opportunities as well as a wide ranging coaching programme from tots to adults of varying levels with an emphasis on mini tennis. We are also a LTA Local Player Development Centre. The centre has links with local schools, which are developing all the time.
The ideal Tennis Coach will be a level 3 accredited+ coach who is positive, motivated and keen to learn and develop as a Tennis Coach. This role would also suit a level 2 accredited coach looking to do their level 3 in the next 6 months.
