We are looking for an experienced and passionate foreign tennis coach to join our team.
This role is ideal for coaches who enjoy working with junior players and high-level athletes, and who are motivated to develop players for competitive pathways.
Venue and Company description
Our Tennis Club, is a fast-growing tennis academy located in Pudong, Shanghai—one of the most modern and international areas in China.
Our club features high-quality facilities, including:
- Premium red clay court (rare in Shanghai)
- Indoor hard court for all-weather training
- Multiple covered courts
We focus on junior development and adult coaching, with a strong and growing base of students of all levels.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality private and group lessons
- Train junior and high-performance players
- Design structured training plans and long-term development programs
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to players and parents
- Help maintain strong student retention and engagement
Candidate qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; a major in Tennis is preferred.
- International coaching certification (PTR / USPTA or equivalent preferred)
- Experience in junior development or high-performance coaching
- Ability to independently conduct private and group lessons
- Strong communication skills in English
- Energetic, professional, and a strong team player
Benefits
- 35,000 – 70,000 RMB per month (based on experience and performance)
