We are looking for an enthusiastic coach to run our existing junior program at the club on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, and Saturday mornings (approximately 6-8 hours).
Our club is a wonderful place to play tennis. Our club is small and friendly but also passionate in our love for tennis and ambitious to do more and improve how we play. We have around 250 members who play on three floodlit courts and a mini court. Our ambition is to grow the club to encourage the uptake of tennis through new memberships and to develop our players of all abilities.
Adult group sessions, team practice, and private lessons also require a coach but juniors are priority at the moment. The coach must be familiar with ClubSpark (support available) and be able to manage their own admin.
We want somebody who is friendly and encouraging on court. Our new coach will play an active role in the club. They should have the desire to drive the coaching ambitions of the club; to build development pathways for our players at all levels and have the communication and organisational skills to make it work.
