Location and lifestyle
Centercourt Club and Sports is a 8 Club Sports Academy that is based in an incredible location. The role Based in Chatham, New Jersey, approximately 25 miles from New York City, Centercourt offers access to New York, Connecticut, and Philadelphia. Coaches work in a high-quality academy environment recognized for its facilities, player-development programs, and record of competitive success.
Work authorization
Candidates must hold valid U.S. work authorization by their start date. Applicants who currently hold, or may qualify to obtain, an appropriate U.S. work visa are welcome to apply.
Y9ur role will be to deliver dynamic and world class lessons to All Levels of player - Adult to Elite Junior. Be adaptable to work with ROGY or Performance - as needed. To deliver 20 plus privates a week and be well planned prepared and professional. Working with Competitive Juniors will be prominant in this role. You will do around 20 privates and 20-25 Groups over 5.5 Days a week. In Summer times to be part of our Summer camps teams for around 12 weeks.
What you will do
· Plan and deliver engaging, professional group and private lessons.
· Build and maintain a strong weekly schedule of private clients.
· Support, strengthen, and help expand current academy programs.
· Communicate clearly with players, families, colleagues, and program leaders.
· Contribute positively to academy standards, goals, events, and team culture.
· Commit to ongoing coach education and professional development.
What you bring
· A strong tennis playing and coaching background with the ability to teach multiple levels.
· Current certification and membership with a globally recognized tennis coaching organization.
· Excellent teaching, demonstration, communication, and group-management skills.
· A self-motivated, flexible, team-first mindset and a genuine desire to improve.
· Professional reliability, strong personal standards, and a passion for player development.
· Clear spoken and written English suitable for coaching and client communication.
