Job duties and responsibilities

This role involves coaching players of all ages and skill levels, creating and managing tennis programs and events, supervising and mentoring other coaches, and ensuring a positive and professional tennis environment for clients of all ages and abilities. The Head Tennis Professional role also involves planning lessons, developing players' skills, maintaining strong relationships with members or clients, and supporting the overall Voyager operations of the tennis facility.

Candidate qualifications and skills

Qualifications:

Job Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven 3-5 years of experience leading a team and running a successful tennis venue.
  Strong work ethic and willingness to work the hours required to ensure success at a Voyager venue.
• Loves tennis & racquet sports and has a passion for helping others achieve success.
• Strong leadership qualities, organisational & administration skills.
• A team player, an authentic leader, and gets along well with others while executing the role to a high level.
• Can work autonomously & has the dedication and drive to be proactive in the daily management of a tennis venue.
• Current Working with Children Checks, Police Checks, Tennis Australia Membership required &
• First Aid certification desirable.
