Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate International Padel Coach to join our fast-growing padel start-up in Indonesia. The coach will lead private and group training sessions, help develop junior and adult programs, and actively contribute to building a strong padel community. Venue and Company description

A new aesthetic social place in town in Kabupaten Pasuruan. Kabupaten Pasuruan is a regency in East Java strategically located between Surabaya and Malang, offering a unique mix of coastal areas, fertile farmland, and cool mountain landscapes near Mount Bromo, Arjuno, and Welirang. It is known for its growing industry, rich Javanese culture, and easy access via toll roads and railways. You should visit Kabupaten Pasuruan for its beautiful natural scenery, hot springs, local culinary experiences, and quieter, more authentic atmosphere compared to big cities—making it ideal for nature travelers looking for a relaxed destination with great accessibility.

Job duties and responsibilities

- Training & Player Development

• Conduct padel lessons for players of all ages and skill levels.
• Design customized training programs focused on technique, tactics, physical conditioning, and mental preparation.
• Analyze players’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Prepare players for local tournaments.

- Promote a positive and motivating environment for all players.

• Support marketing and promotional activities for the padel program.
  Interact professionally with members, and staff to ensure high satisfaction.
  Professional Development
• Stay updated with global padel trends, techniques, and coaching methodologies.

Candidate qualifications and skills

Technical & Coaching Skills
- Strong padel playing level with solid technical fundamentals
- Ability to coach beginners to intermediate players
- Experience running group classes, private lessons, and junior programs
- Basic knowledge of injury prevention and safe training methods
Business & Start-Up Mindset
- Willingness to help grow the club, not just coach
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to attract and retain players through engaging sessions
- Understanding of membership and lesson sales is a plus
Communication & Personality
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
- Good communication skills (English required; local language a plus)
- Able to work with different ages and cultures
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Operational Flexibility
- Flexible working hours (evenings/weekends)
- Willing to assist with court operations and events when needed
