Tennis Coaches Wanted — Join a Growing Dubai Academy
Our acedemy is hiring 4 tennis coaches to start at the end of August 2026, ahead of our September season. We run junior and adult programmes across several Dubai residential communities, and we’re expanding our team to meet strong demand.
We are an established tennis and padel coaching academy with around 9 years operating across Dubai. We run junior and adult programmes in some of the city’s most sought-after residential communities, working closely with families and members to build thriving tennis communities on their doorstep. As demand grows, we’re expanding our coaching team for the September 2026 season.
We’re hiring 4 tennis coaches to start at the end of August 2026, delivering programmes across our community venues, including Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), and The Gardens.
The role:
• Deliver group and private lessons across all levels, from tots and juniors to adults
• Coach a mix of programmes (group clinics, cardio tennis, private sessions)
• Help grow and retain players within your community courts
• Represent the academy professionally on and off court
What we’re looking for:
• Recognised coaching certification (PTR / LTA / ITF / RPT or equivalent)
• Proven experience coaching juniors and adults
• Strong, friendly communication skills and fluent English
• Reliable, punctual, and great with parents and kids
• UAE-based or willing to relocate; valid UAE driving licence preferred
