The Tennis Director is the senior-most executive responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the facility. This role requires a leader who can integrate high-level strategic planning with world-class tennis expertise, strong business acumen, and exceptional people management skills. We are currently seeking experienced and passionate international tennis professionals to join our growing premier tennis program.
Responsibilities
1. Establish the center as a premier destination for professional athletics, community fitness, and commercial success
2 Responsible for formulating and implementing systematic tennis program according to different age groups and skill levels
3. Working with Coaches comprehensively develop player’s tennis technique, physical training and mental performance, regularly assess player’s progress, and provide targeted match planning and guidance.
4. Implement teaching-related performance objectives, provide regular feedback to players on training results and continuously improve player’s learning effectiveness and course satisfaction.
5. Organise and support local events and facilities.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in sports venue operation or the tennis industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership (Director-level) role.
Experience managing large-scale sports venues, high-end tennis clubs, or professional team training bases is highly preferred.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
Deep understanding of the tennis industry ecosystem, training methodologies, and tournament operations.
Strong business acumen with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and revenue generation.
Data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in operational analytics.
