We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Tennis Coach to join our elite sports facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of developing competitive players and delivering high-quality coaching to clients of all levels—from beginners to aspiring professionals.
Located in the heart of Dubai and across different key areas of the city, our Tennis Academy is a premier tennis training facility offering world-class coaching across multiple courts and indoor surfaces. Our academy is designed to cater to players of all ages and skill levels—from beginners to elite athletes—providing a structured, supportive and high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver personalized training programs tailored to individual skill levels and goals
Coach players across all age groups, focusing on technique, strategy, fitness, and mental performance
Identify and nurture talent to progress through competitive and professional levels
Organize and lead clinics, camps, and performance workshops
Maintain detailed records of player development and progress
Collaborate with fitness trainers, physiotherapists, and other coaches for holistic player development
Promote a positive, motivating, and disciplined training environment
Requirements:
Certified by an internationally recognized tennis federation (ITF, PTR, or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of coaching experience at a competitive or academy level
Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with diverse cultures and age groups
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in sports science or physical education
Experience coaching in high-performance environments or international tournaments
Track record of player success at national or international levels
