Job Summary
Tennis Academy in Rüsselsheim is seeking a full-time tennis coach for its academy program. The academy is located at a Tennis Club and includes 3 indoor courts, 6 outdoor courts, and a gym. The program aims to combine recreational and high-performance tennis, creating a hub for children, teenagers, and adults.
Venue and Company description
Our tennis academy is based in Rüsselsheim, operating on the grounds of TV 1890 e.V. Rüsselsheim-Haßloch. The facility includes indoor and outdoor courts as well as a fitness area. The academy focuses on integrating both grassroots and elite-level tennis development in a professional yet community-oriented environment.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Coaching players within the academy program
- Planning and conducting training sessions
- Supporting and supervising players at tournaments
- Organizing training and tournament schedules for assigned players
- Performing administrative and office-related tasks
Candidate qualifications and skills
- Strong passion for tennis and motivation for continuous self-improvement
- Several years of experience in competitive tennis
- Experience coaching players at TE / ITF / ATP / WTA level
- Team-oriented, reliable, and professional work ethic
- Willingness to travel and coach players at tournaments
- Valid coaching license
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
- Willingness to take on general administrative tasks
