We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and certified Padel Coach to join our team and help elevate the game in Singapore.
We are at the forefront of the rapidly growing padel movement in Singapore. We operate four venues across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Instruction: Deliver exceptional private, semi-private, and group coaching sessions for adults and juniors (beginners to advanced players).
Program & Clinic Development: Create, implement, and lead structured training programs, high-energy clinics, social mixers, and corporate workshops.
Community Engagement: Actively build and nurture relationships with members, fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and competitive spirit at the club.
What We Are Looking For
Certified Expertise: Recognized Padel Coaching Certification ( , FIP, FEP, PCR, or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional padel coaching experience (international experience or a strong tennis/racket sports background is a major plus).
The Right Attitude: High energy, charismatic, and deeply passionate about growing the local padel community.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; ability to connect effortlessly with diverse cultures and age groups.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends to accommodate peak community hours.
