SERVE PADEL & PLAY is seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and experienced Female Padel Coach to join our premium sports facility in Lusaka, Zambia, on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our thriving padel community. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality coaching programs tailored specifically to ladies, juniors, and beginners, while organizing engaging social events that elevate the SERVE PADEL & PLAY brand. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a diverse range of coaching and community-building activities:
Organize tournaments and manage them.
Specialized Clinics: Design and conduct structured ladies' coaching clinics and group training sessions.
Player Development: Teach fundamental skills to beginner players and spearhead junior development programs to foster the next generation of players.
Private & Group Lessons: Deliver high-quality, personalized private coaching and dynamic group sessions for various skill levels.
Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and host social padel events, mixers, round-robins, and community activities to keep players engaged.
Community Growth: Actively engage with members and newcomers to welcome them to the sport and help grow the local padel footprint.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the SERVE PADEL & PLAY brand with the highest level of professionalism, energy, and customer service.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented professional who meets the following criteria:
Experience & Certifications
Previous professional padel coaching experience or a strong background in competitive padel/tennis play.
Recognized padel coaching certifications ( , FIP, Padel Academy, or equivalent) are highly preferred but not mandatory.
