Job Summary
The tennis academy is looking for an experienced, driven and qualified Senior Tennis Coach to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established vibrant forward-looking company and join a strong and innovative tennis team.
The program currently consists of scheduled performance and development group coaching sessions, individual tuition and a school programs. The role will be full time 35-40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday with competitive remuneration and incentives.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Increase participation in all programs
- Maintain and enhance existing school programs
- Oversee the competition program at the club
- Provide lessons for beginners through to advanced players (private and group)
- Assist in raising the profile of the club and its coaching program in the community
Candidate qualifications and skills
- Tennis Australia Coaching Qualification or equivalent
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills and high levels of professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills, articulate and confident communicator
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid certification
