This position is for a full-time tennis junior development coach. The main expectations of this position are to carefully plan, prepare, deliver, and assess high-quality tennis lessons to bilingual Chinese students and adults at prestigious private schools in China. Tennis lessons include individual and group classes, performance training classes, and domestic and international holiday camps.

All facilities have multiple courts and are hardcourts. Some facilities have indoor courts but not all for example the location in shanghai has 2 indoor courts and ningbo has one indoor court and 3 outdoor courts.

Main Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality tennis lessons/trainings
• Maintain standard office hours
• Adhere to the company’s Staff Handbook for professional standards and expectations
• Support the Sports Staff with all required administrative tasks including, but not limited
to, assessment, writing reports, attending all relevant meetings, and/or communicating
with the parent community when necessary
• Travelling to and from different locations for competitions, tournaments, events, and/or
activities when required
• Encourage the development of character education whenever teaching, coaching, or
interacting with students
• Provide exemplary learning opportunities for all students
• Positively target and support individual learning needs whilst exhibiting high expectations for all learners
• Establish purposeful, engaging, motivating and safe learning environments
• Maintain consistent levels of student behavior and discipline in accordance to company policy
• Understand and follow the correct protocols when addressing incidents
• Model appropriate behavior and maintain appropriate language and conduct towards
children, parents, staff, and the community
• Care for the equipment, facilities, and school property at all times
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Minimum of 2 Years Coaching Experience with References
• Coaching or Teacher Certification
• Non-Criminal Records Check

Salary and Benefits:
Successful candidates can expect to earn a minimum of $32 000-36 000 USD annually. Salary packages include a base salary and a per lesson rate. Benefits packages typically include airfare and housing allowances, full coverage of the visa process, international medical insurance, a daily
meal allowance, paid holidays, and working in high quality facilities.
