Our academy is seeking an experienced Tennis Head Coach to lead and develop our coaching program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Head Coach will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching, supporting player development, managing coaches, and helping establish strong coaching standards across the academy.

Our academy is a newly established tennis academy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering private lessons, group coaching, and player development programs in a professional training environment.
We are seeking a Head Coach to help lead our coaching operation, support player development, and contribute to the growth of the academy as we continue to expand.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Lead and deliver private and group coaching sessions
- Oversee the quality and consistency of all coaching programs
- Develop players through structured coaching and clear progression pathways
- Conduct player assessments and provide recommendations for development
- Manage, mentor, and support members of the coaching team
- Monitor coaching standards and provide regular feedback to coaches
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of future coaching staff
- Coordinate coach schedules and daily court allocations
- Help establish and maintain a positive, professional, and player-focused coaching culture
Candidate qualifications and skills
- Minimum 7 years of coaching experience
- Previous experience in a Head Coach, Lead Coach, or Senior Coach position is preferred
- Recognized tennis coaching certification (ITF, GPTCA, or equivalent) is mandatory
- Experience working with players of different ages and playing levels
- Experience managing, mentoring, or supervising coaches
- Ability to assess players and support their long-term development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
