Coaching opportunity at the Rafa Nadal Academy! Join our team of coaches at our Academy in Mallorca, Spain. We are looking for energetic, proactive and experienced coaches to join our competitive staff. Roles may vary within the different departments; Annuals, Juniors or Adult departments.

Led by Toni Nadal himself, the Academy’s team of coaches is able to maximize each player’s strengths and bring out the best in each player, on and off the court.
Coming from all corners of the globe, the young players who train at the Academy combine their tennis activity with excellence in their studies. The Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar combines high-performance sports education with education in the classrooms of the Rafa Nadal International School in order to form good tennis players and great people for society. Integral human formation is based on values such as effort, humility, tolerance, patience, respect, integrity, discipline, order and commitment.
– Work in coordination with the Lead Coach in all areas and functions.
– Participate in meetings with the different professionals in contact with the players in your group about their needs.
– Plan training sessions.
– Conduct work sessions based on previous planning.
– Discuss with players pre and post training sessions.
– Development of the programmes.
– Development of the Rafa Nadal Academy Methodology and Philosophy.
– Positive and proactive attitude with clients.
– Carrying out quality reports and questionnaires for each of the programmes we service.
– Promotion of the programmes we service through the programmes we offer or may offer.
– Competitive level of tennis
– High level of English.
– Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position.
