We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and kid-focused Tennis Instructor to lead our junior recreational programs for ages 4–12. The role is primarily focused on group lessons, with opportunities for private and semi-private lessons based on demand.

Our Racquet & Wellness Club is Central Florida’s emerging boutique destination for tennis, pickleball, racquetball, and wellness. As we prepare for our Phase 1 opening, we are expanding our coaching team to deliver exceptional junior experiences rooted in fundamentals, fun, and strong player development.

Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and kid-focused Tennis Instructor to lead our junior recreational programs for ages 4–12. The role is primarily focused on group lessons, with opportunities for private and semi-private lessons based on demand.
The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, professional, and comfortable working with young players at beginner to intermediate levels.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver established junior development curriculum, ensuring consistency and high-quality instruction.
Lead group sessions for youth ages 4–12 (Red, Orange, Green Ball pathways).
Provide regular feedback to players, parents, and club management.
Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for all participants.
Set up and take down equipment, organize teaching tools, and prepare courts before each session.
Assist with skill assessments, program progression, and player placement.
Represent Luna’s values of professionalism, growth, and exceptional member experience
Prior experience coaching children (tennis or general youth sport instruction).
Tennis coaching certification preferred (USTA, USPTA, PTR, Tennis Canada, or equivalent).
Strong communication skills, especially with young athletes and parents.
Ability to follow curriculum guidelines and uphold Luna’s coaching standards.
Must be energetic, patient, dependable, and committed to player development.
CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
Compensation
Hourly rate based on certification level and coaching experience.
Additional earning opportunities through private and semi-private lessons.
