Racquet Padel Club was the first Padel Club in Jakarta and the second in Indonesia. RPC has 2 locations in Jakarta for a total of 12 courts. We are a family club looking to promote the sport in Jakarta Area.
The candidate will help managing the padel activities at our locations. This includes (but not limited): - Group and Private coaching sessions - Coaching of our local coaches - Coaching of tournament level players incl. preparation for tournaments - Daily Activities - Tournaments We would therefore expect our coach's time to be a mix of actual coaching sessions and management of the club activities, at all our locations.
We are looking for a candidate with: - Extensive experience in padel (min 10 years of practice and 3 years experience as a coach) - Fluent in english - Pro-active and independant - familiar with club activities, coaching of all level (beginners to advance players) and kids
