Job Summary
We are looking for a head coach to take our padel academy to the next level. We have a top facility with 5 indoor courts and an existing padel academy. As a head coach, you will be in charge of overseeing the padel academy overall, hiring and managing coaches, overseeing the establishment of the methodology for the club, and building up the overall brand and player engagement at the club.

Job duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coaching & Training
- Develop and deliver coaching sessions for all levels (beginner to advanced)
- Conduct individual and group training programs
- Mentor and support player development with a long-term performance focus
- Lead match preparation and strategic coaching during competitions
2. Program Development
- Design seasonal training curricula and player development pathways
- Organize internal tournaments, clinics, and padel camps
- Collaborate with club management to enhance member engagement through coaching initiatives
3. Team & Staff Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise assistant coaches
- Create weekly coaching schedules and manage coach performance
- Ensure consistent coaching standards and alignment with club goals
4. Member Experience & Community Building
- Provide personalized attention to club members and players
- Foster a friendly, inclusive, and competitive padel culture
- Handle feedback and continuously improve coaching services
5. Administration & Reporting
- Track player progress and maintain performance reports
- Collaborate with management on budgeting for coaching-related activitiesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and club regulations
Candidate qualifications and skills
- Minimum of 5 years of padel coaching experience
- Background in building padel coaching methodologies for academies
- Experience in building and scaling padel academies
- Good English
