Job Summary

About the Company:
Our Tennis Academy offers coaching programs for all ages and abilities ranging from 2-year-olds through to adults, and beginners through to High Performance level.
Founded in 2012, the academy has progressively grown each year. We are now seeking a highly experienced High Performance coach who can deliver private and group lessons across all levels — with a strong focus on Development juniors and High Performance juniors — and manage overall club operations.
The role requires an average of 38 hours per week on court.

Venue and Company description

We provide coaching services across 4 venues in Perth. (Bullcreek, Parkwood, Nollamara and Rowe Park, CL)

Job duties and responsibilities

• Coaching adults in group and private lessons across all levels
• Coaching junior competition players in groups and private lessons
• Coaching High Performance juniors aged 14–17
• Coaching at schools
• Coaching junior beginner players

Candidate qualifications and skills

The coach should have experience coaching at established academies around the world and have a strong playing background (although not essential).
Holding an ITF ranking (past or present) is highly regarded. A world-recognised coaching qualification is required.
