We are recruiting for an enthusiastic performance coach to join the team.
We are a friendly and inclusive club with excellent facilities based in the heart of Dulwich Village.
The club has 8 floodlit tennis courts, (6 artificial clay, 2 hard), set in beautiful grounds, and caters to all standards of junior and adult players from beginners to competitive match players.
We are looking for an individual to support the development of the junior academy at the club, provide performance coaching to juniors through 1-1 and group sessions, whilst also providing 1-1 and group sessions to advanced adults, and team practices.
The incoming coach would support the head coach in developing the junior academy, to help raise the standards, and provide a structure for ambitious juniors looking to compete at high levels. The role will also involve an element of coaching private sessions and group sessions to juniors and adults of all ages and experience levels, although the role will be more geared towards performance coaching.
We expect the role to be roughly 80:20 in terms of performance focus / general programme work. The coach will be available for lessons in the daytime, some weekday evenings and one day over the weekend, in addition to working during school holidays. The incoming coach will hold a minimum of an LTA Level 3 qualification, and have experience of coaching performance players, and would have ideally gained experience working in a performance environment.
