General Manager – Bam Bam Padel

We are looking for a hands on and motivated General Manager to lead the daily operations and continued growth of our padel club. This role is about much more than scheduling and supervision. It is about creating a great experience for members, building a strong team culture, and helping the club move forward in a sustainable and commercial way.

You will work closely with the owners while taking real ownership of the day to day management of the club. Some days will feel operational and fast paced. Other days will be more strategic. That balance is exactly what makes this role interesting.

We’re a family-owned padel club Ubud, run by a Belgian mother-and-son duo who believe sport should be fun, friendly, and accessible. we blend social connection, scenic views, and quality coaching into one vibrant space.

Job duties and responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily club operations, including staff planning, scheduling, and service quality
  • Lead and support the coaching and front desk teams to ensure a positive and professional environment
  • Maintain high standards in cleanliness, facilities, stock management, spa, and garden areas
  • Improve customer satisfaction and strengthen the sense of community within the club
  • Grow memberships, programs, events, and overall club revenue
  • Organize tournaments, leagues, and special events
  • Contribute to business strategy, partnerships, and new commercial opportunities such as retreats

Candidate qualifications and skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational, hospitality, sports, or corporate management role
  • Or a completed business related degree with strong leadership potential
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team while staying hands on in daily operations
  • Commercial awareness and problem solving mindset
  • Passion for sports, community, and customer experience is a strong advantage
