We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Padel Coach and Facility Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, as well as providing high-quality coaching services to our members and guests.
We are seeking qualified candidates for a position with a fixed term from August 2023 to July 2024.
We arer a premium padel facility, offering top courts, equipment, and coaching services to players of all skill levels. Our mission is to provide an exceptional padel experience to our members and guests, fostering a strong sense of community and promoting the growth of the sport in the region.
– Manage and oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and guests
– Develop and implement coaching programs for players of all skill levels, including group lessons, private lessons, and clinics
– Organize and promote tournaments, leagues, and other events to engage the local padel community
– Recruit, train, and manage a team of assistant coaches and support staff
– Maintain and manage court bookings, memberships, and other administrative tasks
– Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the facility and its services, run social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
– Continuously seek opportunities to improve the facility and its offerings, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
– Minimum 2 years of experience as a padeltennis coach, with a proven track record of success in developing players of all skill levels
– Strong understanding of padel rules, techniques, and strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with players, staff, and other stakeholders
– Previous experience in facility management or a similar role is highly desirable
– Flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
