20 hours per week are available from day one with scope to add more hours as the centre develops. You will be introducing and teaching Padel to members and non members of the facility in our Junior and Adult programme, working within the local community to deliver Padel to schools and participating in events and open days that we host. There will be opportunities to build a client portfolio and facilitate competitions.
Our centre is a newly custom built Padel facility in Southend on Sea.
The centre has 4 outdoor Padel courts, 3 are under a canopy and 1 outdoor showcourt.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of a level 2 LTA qualification and is passionate about delivering sport to people of various ages and abilities. Padel experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. You must be a team player who is personable, punctual, organised, flexible and able to work on administrative tasks.
