Job Summary
We are looking for a Club Manager & Padel Coach, to support the growth of our Padel club. This is a hybrid role combining community and operations management with on-court coaching. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys both organizing and teaching, and wants to be part of a fast-growing club.
Venue and Company description
We are a fast-growing club based in Ubud, Bali, focused on creating a strong and welcoming community around padel. Alongside 5 high-quality courts, we offer a vibrant social environment with a café and gathering space, attracting both local and international players.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Manage the padel side of the business, including scheduling and daily operations
- Organize tournaments, social events, and community activities
- Oversee and help grow the Academy program (both kids and adults)
- Build and maintain a strong, engaged player community
- Deliver private and group coaching sessions
- Represent the club with professionalism and positive energy
Candidate qualifications and skills
- Proven padel coaching experience is essential
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with events, academies, or community building is a plus
- Comfortable working with both adults and kids, especially in a coaching environment
- Positive, proactive, and reliable personality
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
