You will create engaging, structured, and personalized training sessions while helping players improve their technique, tactics, confidence, and overall enjoyment of the game. Excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a genuine passion for coaching are essential.

We provide a professional environment where players can learn, improve, and connect through padel. Our club focuses on high-quality coaching, excellent customer service, and a friendly community atmosphere, with a strong emphasis on delivering an enjoyable experience for both local and international players.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Conduct private and group padel coaching sessions for adult players.
- Assess players’ skill levels and develop personalized training plans based on their goals and abilities.
- Teach and demonstrate proper padel techniques, tactics, positioning, and game strategies.
- Adapt coaching methods to suit beginners, intermediate players, and different learning styles.
- Provide constructive feedback and monitor players’ progress throughout their training.
- Create engaging and enjoyable sessions that encourage players to improve their skills and confidence.
- Ensure all coaching sessions are conducted in a safe, professional, and positive environment.
- Communicate professionally with members and provide a high level of customer service.
Candidate qualifications and skills
- Experience coaching adult players at beginner to intermediate levels.
- Strong understanding of Padel techniques, tactics, positioning, and game strategy.
- Able to plan and deliver structured lessons tailored to different skill levels and individual needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain techniques clearly and patiently.
- Able to create a friendly, professional, and motivating learning environment for adult players.
- Good physical fitness and confident on-court demonstration skills.
- English communication skills are preferred, especially for communicating with international clients.
